I'm here for the week for a conference. Publix supermarket seems to be the Jalop place so far. Saw an AP1, NC Miata, and a new Camaro RS.

I believe Rainbow and his white Ford Escort on Miata Daisy wheels are based in Atlanta.

You’ll see some fancy cars around Buckhead; that’s the ritzier part of town. The suburbs north of the city like Alpharetta and Sandy Springs and Peachtree City, south of the city, are pretty wealthy areas with nice cars as well. Maybe you’ll spot my Challenger roaming about; here it is with some friends. I too shop at Publix, incidentally.

Here’s the quirkiest and most interesting thing I’ve seen recently. Check out the rest of my Instagram page for more car-spotting shots from around Atlanta.

Publix always has interesting cars. The parking garage at Atlantic Station can be interesting as well.

Welcome to Atlanta. If you see a blue Evo or a Silver Mini with an Oppo sticker that would be me.

My standard Atlanta recommendations if you have time to get out:

BBQ: Fat Matts Rib Shack and Fox Bros.

It’s damn hot, but a hike up Stone Mountain is cool.

Brickstore Pub in Decatur has an amazing beer selection.

Guns N Roses are playing her Wednesday night and there are still tickets available. I’m going

If you’re into exotics, check out Motorcars of Georgia. They have Astons, Lambos, McLarens, etc just sitting out on their lot. Last time I went they had a Spyker in the shop that looked to be having a complete engine out service.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll check it out! I’ve seen some cool stuff at Ferrari of Atlanta as well. These are from a long time ago, but a treat nonetheless.

Also oddly enough, Mall of Georgia Mazda always has some interesting cars on their pre-owned lot. I drove by there last weekend and I saw an Aston Martin Rapide, as well as this old 1958 AMC Rambler Cross Country.

The Ferarri dealer is very nice. I’ve only been to Atlanta twice and both times I rode by at night, so I had to just admire what they had from the outside. The Bentley dealer is nice as well. My wife and I stopped there last year after I bought my BMW. Got to see a Continental GT3 up close.

If we go back I’ll have to remember to check out the Mall of Georgia place. Thanks for the tip on that one. That Rambler is pretty awesome indeed.
